By accessing or using the FASL website, applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Service Description
FASL provides an AI-powered audio and video processing service that separates and removes background music from media files while preserving vocal content. The Service enables you to:
- Upload audio and video files in supported formats (including MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI, MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, and others) for processing
- Submit links from supported video platforms for direct processing
- Download processed files with music removed or isolated
- Access AI-powered transcription, subtitle generation, and translation features
Processing quality, speed, and available features may vary depending on your subscription plan. FASL reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
4. Account Registration and Security
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You may register using supported sign-in methods, including email, Google, Apple, or phone number authentication. When creating an account, you agree to:

- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify FASL immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
FASL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
FASL offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features such as increased processing limits, longer file retention, higher quality output, and priority processing. Key payment terms include:
- Billing: Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Price Changes: FASL may adjust subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription, unless our payment provider acts as the merchant of record for tax purposes.
6. Refund Policy
FASL offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Our refund policy includes:

8. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all audio, video, and other media files that you upload to the Service ("User Content"). FASL does not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. By uploading files to the Service, you grant FASL a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
This license terminates when your files are deleted from our systems, whether by automatic expiration according to your plan's retention period, by your manual deletion, or upon account termination.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process your User Content, and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

10. File Retention and Deletion
Processed files are stored temporarily on our secure infrastructure and are automatically deleted after the retention period associated with your subscription plan expires. Retention periods vary by plan and are detailed on our Pricing page. Once a file is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You are solely responsible for downloading your processed files before the retention period expires. FASL is not liable for any loss of files due to expiration of the retention period.
11. Third-Party Content and Links
The Service may allow you to process content sourced from third-party platforms via video links. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process such content and that your use complies with the terms of service of the originating platform. 15. Termination
FASL may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that FASL, in its sole discretion, deems harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the Service or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any files stored on our systems will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
16. Changes to Terms
