We do not use your uploaded files for AI model training or any purpose other than providing the Service.

Usage Data: We automatically collect certain technical information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps of your interactions. This data helps us maintain, improve, and secure the Service.

Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment transactions are processed by our secure third-party payment provider. FASL does not directly collect, store, or have access to your full credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment credentials. Our payment provider may share limited transaction details (such as billing status and subscription tier) with us to manage your account.

  • Retention Periods: File retention varies by subscription plan and is detailed on our Pricing page. Once the retention period expires, files cannot be recovered
  • No AI Training: We do not use your uploaded files to train, improve, or develop AI models. Your files are processed solely to deliver the service you requested
  • Secure Transmission: Files are transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with access controls that restrict access to authorized systems only

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following cookies and tracking technologies:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function properly. These maintain your login session, store your language preference, and enable core features. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using the Service.

  • Account Data: Retained for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within a reasonable timeframe
  • Usage Logs: Retained for a reasonable period to maintain service security, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized
  • Payment Records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
